  • Secondly, we do not demand anything we would not expect from ourselves. We respect everyone’s competence, personality and work approaches. We will expect high quality results, in time delivery and respect for each other including our partners – be it customers, suppliers, or supporters. We have established a culture of open communication and encourage constructive feedback.
  • Thirdly, it is our goal to give everyone the flexibility they need while finding a good balance with the interest of the company. Generally, we prefer working together at the office due to better communication and easier co-working. But whether your family requires more of your presence or simply your personal preference is home office, working outside in a cafe for some hours or whatever– we will undertake to make individual solutions possible.
